Position Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager with a love for jewelry and a talent for building relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a sales-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitieS

• Uphold showroom standards for cleanliness and professionalism.
• Help maintain store appearance, merchandising, and inventory presentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and showroom standards.
• Assist in managing daily sales floor operations and staff scheduling.
• Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional no pressure personalized assistance in selecting and creating jewelry.
• Handle customer concerns or escalations with professionalism and care.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with training and coaching new team members.
• Monitor sales performance and report progress to the Owners.
• Maintain knowledge of products, gemstones, metals, and current trends.
• Updating social media and responding back to comments

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is a must (jewelry experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand long periods at a time
• Ability to use a microscope
• Knowledge of basic computer software, POS terminals and scanners
•Ability to understand oral and written instructions
