• Support and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Greet customers and provide exceptional no pressure personalized assistance in selecting and creating jewelry.
• Handle customer concerns or escalations with professionalism and care.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with training and coaching new team members.
• Monitor sales performance and report progress to the Owners.
• Maintain knowledge of products, gemstones, metals, and current trends.
• Updating social media and responding back to comments
